Aina has been outstanding for Nottingham Forest, playing a key role as the club edges closer to securing a top-four finish.
In addition to his solid defensive performances, Aina has also made an impact going forward, scoring two goals and registering one assist in 25 Premier League appearances this season.
Speaking on Aina’s impressive form, Udeze believes the Super Eagles star stands head and shoulders above other right-backs in the English top flight.
“For me I believe Ola Aina is the best right-back in the Premier League this season,” the 2002 FIFA World Cup star said on Brila.
Udeze also urged the former Chelsea player to consider leaving Forest if a big offer comes in the summer.
“I expect him to leave Nottingham Forest this at the end of the season, if I’m Aina and a club like Manchester City come for me I will leave.”
Meanwhile, Aina’s current contract is set to expire this summer, but it includes an automatic one-year extension clause that the club can activate.
Reports indicate that Nottingham Forest is likely to trigger the extension and is eager to keep him beyond that period.
