Bundesliga: Onyeka Grabs Assist On Augsburg Debut

Frank Onyeka provided an assist on his debut as Augsburg defeated St. Pauli 3-1 at the WWK Arena on Sunday.

Onyeka set up Philip Tietz for Augsburg’s second goal in the 66th minute.

The Nigeria international was in action for 83 minutes in the game.

The defensive midfielder was replaced by Arne Maier.

The 26-year-old joined Augsburg on a season-long loan deal from Premier League club, Brentford on transfer deadline day.

Jess Thorup’s side will host Mainz in their next Bundesliga game.
