Chelle scouts as Remo beat Kwara Utd 2-0

Super Eagles Head Coach, Eric Sekou Chelle was in attendance for the MatchDay 25 of the NPFL between Remo Stars and Kwara United in Ikenne on Thursday, seeing the home team retain their dominancy beating the away side 2-0, extending their points to 51.

Chelle also witnessed the NPFL match-day 25 between Ikorodu City and Plateau United on Wednesday at Mobolaji Johnson Arena, which ended 2-1 in Favour of the home side, seeing them climb up to the 5^th position with 38points.

Chelle returned to Nigeria after visiting key Super Eagles players in Europe ahead of the team’s crucial FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe on March 17 and March 24, 2025, respectively. 

The Nigeria coach is attending NPFL match venues to scout for potential players deserving of a call-up to the Super Eagles camp.
