If United progress, they will meet either Romanian league leaders FCSB or Lyon in the quarter-finals. Spurs or AZ Alkmaar will battle Eintracht Frankfurt or Ajax, while Rangers, should they overcome Fenerbahce, will face either Roma or Athletic Bilbao.
With United and Spurs on opposite sides of the draw, a potential all-English final in Bilbao on 21 May remains a possibility. The winner would secure a spot in next season’s Champions League. Given that the Premier League is expected to have five Champions League places in 2025-26, an all-Premier League final could see a sixth English club qualify—especially since United and Spurs are unlikely to finish in the top five domestically.
Meanwhile, Chelsea will take on FC Copenhagen in the Europa Conference League last 16.
United, Spurs, and Rangers will play their first-leg ties away on Thursday, 6 March, with the return fixtures on 13 March. Chelsea will also travel to Denmark for their first-leg clash against Copenhagen on 6 March, before hosting the second leg at Stamford Bridge a week later.
