Atalanta Fall to Como in Thrilling Serie A Match
In a thrilling encounter, Atalanta fell to a 3-2 defeat at home to newly promoted Como in Tuesday’s Serie A game. Despite a late goal from Ademola Lookman, the team was unable to secure a comeback.
Lookman, who came off the bench in the 10th minute with Atalanta trailing 2-1, scored from the penalty spot in the 99th minute to make it 3-2. However, the goal only served as consolation as Como held on to secure the three points.
Davide Zappacosta gave Atalanta the lead on 18 minutes, but Como responded with three goals in 12 minutes in the second half.
