I am very happy at AC Milan – Tomori

AC Milan centre-back Fikayo Tomori has refuted claims he was keen on joining Tottenham Hotspur during the winter transfer window.

He stated: “I never planned to leave AC Milan, that’s very clear and simple. I’m just happy to be at this club and as long as they want me, I want to stay.”

Tomori was heavily linked with moves to both Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur in the winter, but the Rossoneri were unable to reach an agreement with either club. 

The 27-year-old has remained a key figure in Sergio Conceição’s system, making 25 appearances for Milan so far this season.
