 The lawyer explained that Section 15, Subsection C of the Matrimonial Causes Act provides that a marriage can be dissolved if one party’s behavior makes it unreasonable for the other party to continue living with them. In this case, the man argued that the persistent nagging had led to stress and health issues, which the court agreed could be a valid reason for divorce. She noted, “I never thought that could stand on its own as a ground under Section 15, Subsection C of the Matrimonial Causes Act.”
