Japan has officially introduced the Aether Clock OC 020, the world’s most precise timekeeping device, which is now available for purchase at a staggering price of $3.3 million.
The groundbreaking clock was developed by Kyoto-based Shimadzu Corp, a leading technology company specializing in precision instruments and advanced scientific solutions.
This cutting-edge timepiece utilizes a strontium optical lattice system, making it 100 times more accurate than the traditional caesium atomic clocks currently used to define global time standards.
With unmatched precision, the Aether Clock is capable of maintaining time without deviating by even a single second for an astonishing 10 billion years.
Despite its highly advanced technology, the design of the clock is remarkably compact. It bears a striking resemblance to a small refrigerator, standing at approximately one meter in height and occupying a volume of about 250 liters.
