UCL: Club Brugge coach declares Onyedika fit for Aston Villa clash
Club Brugge manager Nicky Hayen has confirmed that Raphael Onyedika is fit for their UEFA Champions League Round of 16 clash against Aston Villa.

Onyedika picked up an injury during Club Brugge’s league match against Standard Liège last month, which ruled him out of their weekend fixture against KAA Gent.

However, Hayen revealed that the 23-year-old midfielder participated in training on Monday and is available for selection.

“He trained on Monday. In principle, he can play,” Hayen stated during a pre-match press conference.

Club Brugge, the reigning Belgian Pro League champions, will host the first leg at the Jan Breydelstadion on Tuesday (today).

Onyedika has found the net once in the Champions League this season.
