AFCON 2025: Eagles will approach each game as it comes –Osimhen

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has stated that the team will take a game-by-game approach at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. 

Nigeria has been drawn in Group C alongside Tunisia, Uganda, and Tanzania for the tournament.

In an interview with the BBC, the Galatasaray star emphasised that facing an African team is always a different challenge. 

However, he expressed confidence that the team will approach each game one step at a time.

According to him: “It’s not gonna be easy. Just like we all know, this is African football, this is AFCON. You can get a lot of surprises. But we are going to take each game as it comes.”
